The mail room is located on the ground floor of the Surgical Pavilion. It is operated by Emirates Post and opens six days a week, Saturday through Thursday from 07:00 – 21:00. The mail room is closed from 11:00 – 12:00 for sorting.

The flower shop is located outside the entrance of the Medical Pavilion. It offers flowers and chocolate arrangements and can be reached on +971 2 634 6645 from 08:30-13:30 and 16:30 - 21:30.
