The Admissions Desk is the first 'step' on your healthcare journey. We will assist you in the registration process and help you to understand the consent paperwork you are signing.
Our Admissions Desk is located on the ground floor lobby of the Surgical Pavillion. We will ask you or your immediate family member(s) to provide us with your Emirates ID card and insurance information before collecting your co-pay. If you have a pre-scheduled appointment for admission, it is important that you arrive on time.
Once the Admission procedure is completed, you will be handed an identification bracelet and one of our staff will escort you to your assigned ward or service destination. A wheelchair will also be available for you, if needed. Emergency patients requiring admission are admitted to the ward through the Emergency Department.
It is important that you make arrangements to ensure you are cleared for discharge. This includes arranging for final bill payment and for someone to pick you up to take you home.
